If you're having difficulty finding an appointment, you are more than welcome to reach out to us here, or call/text 603-783-5656 to see if we can squeeze you in somewhere! No promises, but we will always try our best!

If you are looking to book services for a small group, we recommend calling us to help you schedule!

Before You Arrive:

Please check your confirmation email or text for any required forms to complete before your visit. New clients will need to fill out a client contact form and a service consent form. If you’ve been here before, you may not need to complete any forms unless the service requires it.

 

If you’re part of a group and other appointments are booked under your name, the forms won’t be emailed to them directly. Please provide us with the names and email addresses of the other group members so we can send the forms over in advance. If this isn’t possible, that’s okay—just plan to arrive early to complete the forms on our iPad.

 

We’re doing our best to go paperless and encourage you to complete forms digitally before your visit. If you encounter any issues submitting the form, try using a different browser. Please note that if the forms are not filled out ahead of time, it may impact your service time.

Arrival Details:

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please have a seat in the foyer, and we will be out to get you at your scheduled time. Kindly take a seat quietly, and we’ll be with you promptly. For directions, please visit the contact page on our website.

Important Parking Note:

Please remember we do not have on-site parking. Allow extra time for parking, especially during the peak summer season or weekends. Recommended parking options include Deer Street, High Street, the Hanover Parking Garage (3-minute walk), and the Foundry Garage (6-minute walk).

A Note on Payment:

Cash gratuities are always appreciated.
We do add a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions. This fee is equal to or less than the fees we pay for credit card processing. Debit card transactions, cash, and check payments will NOT incur this fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. For more details regarding our cancellation policy, click the link below.

We are quietly nestled between the Hilton Garden Inn and the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel, beside The Inn Downtown, in beautiful downtown Portsmouth. You’ll find us within the cluster of old colorful, colonial buildings. We are located in the peach colored house.

Parking

We do not offer customer parking, however, there is metered parking along Deer & High Streets, and we are just a short walk from the Hanover Parking Garage (2 min walk), and the Foundry Parking Garage (6 min walk).
