IT IS TIME TO RELAX
Welcome to Blush Skin & Soul Spa, a sanctuary for beauty and relaxation in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, NH. Founded in 2017 by Ashley Stearns, a Master Esthetician, Yoga Instructor (RYT200), and Reiki Master, Blush began as a one-room aesthetics and energy work studio in a charming peach building on The Hill.
Ashley’s vision was to create a space that embodies the essence of "skin and soul," blending top-notch skincare with holistic wellness practices. As she built relationships with her clients, Blush quickly became known as more than just a beauty studio. It became a place where clients could arrive stressed and leave feeling calm and clear-headed. Through deep breaths, a weighted blanket, and a listening ear, clients found a space where they could show up as they are, be accepted, and leave feeling lighter.
Today, Blush has grown to include four beautiful treatment rooms, offering a wide range of services such as esthetics, energy work, massage, and aromatherapy. Our heart-led team of professionals is dedicated to helping you look and feel your best. We believe in the power of touch and healing intentions, and our goal is to provide a space where you can relax, rejuvenate, and feel more beautiful—inside and out.
Blush is deeply connected to nature and community. Ashley and her family live on a charming farm in York, Maine, where they maintain an apiary on the ancestral property of the Frost family, famously associated with the poet Robert Frost. This connection to the land inspires many of our exclusive treatments, featuring honey and lavender from our family apiary. Stay tuned for our upcoming honey treatments, coming soon!
