For everyone’s safety, we’re unable to perform facial services if you have an active cold sore. If one appears close to your appointment, please reach out — we’ll help you reschedule.
Extractions
If you’d like extractions, we recommend booking a 60- or 90-minute facial so we have adequate time to work gently and thoroughly.
Service timing
Our service lengths follow standard spa practice. Each appointment includes a brief transition period for getting settled, so your hands-on treatment can begin smoothly and without rush. (The hands-on portion is slightly shorter than the total time listed.)
